Robert Dimler, Partner, Catalyst Search & Selection

Robert brings to Catalyst an extensive recruitment background of over 20 years, specialising in Professional Services, HR, Training, Sales & Marketing, Legal Support recruitment. 

Previously, Robert was Joint Managing Director of a successful leading City recruitment group, where he was responsible for growing the recruitment business from a start-up of 2 to 100 staff, before part of the group was demerged and sold to Hays PLC.
