Profiling

Catalyst Search & Selection is one of the very few recruitment consultancies to be equipped in-house with the professional profiling system Belbin®, as we have been accredited assessors for over 5 years now, which provides comprehensive behavioural profiles for both candidates and clients.

Our team uses Belbin® Team Role Analysis output in the screening and interviewing process to analyse candidates’ behavioural patterns and to determine how their personality will match up to the job requirements and job description. This is part and parcel of our end-to-end recruitment offering and the services we provide to clients for analysis of jobs and roles, team profiles, managing, training, coaching and selling.

Whilst we are equipped with up-to-the-minute software, our consultants ensure that this forms only a part of their interaction with candidate and client. Equally important is the time spent listening to clients’ requirements and gaining an intimate and accurate picture of the company structure, its vision and aims for the future. This feedback is then applied to the meticulous matching of candidates and leads to our delivery of a perfect talent match for the job.

Coaching

Coaching also forms part of our integrated recruitment service. It has become one of the most widely used resources for executive development in high profile organisations and is regarded as a powerful tool, either for those requiring support in raising their performance standards or those on a fast track management scheme.
