Institute of Leadership and Management We are ILM Accredited Centre and offer your managers and leaders the opportunity to acquire national recognition for their learning and development achievements. In addition we can develop specific tailor made programmes, which can attract the ILM endorsed and development awards.

ITOL The Institute of Training and Occupational Learning specialises in professional qualifications for training, development and occupational learning. As an ITOL delivery centre, Catalyst provides ITOL Professional Trainer qualifications to Foundation, Certificate and Advanced levels.
VARK Vark is a questionnaire that asks learners questions that gives Catalyst a profile of their learning preferences. Vark categorises learning styles into the following categories, visual, kinesthetic, aural or read/write. Once these styles are determined, training and coaching can be customised to suit each individual creating more valuable learning experience.
