Attending any Catalyst development course offers the learning, both cognitive and experiential, with a combination of thinking time, role-play and activities throughout each day.  We support your investment with our style of delivery – we enable a transfer of knowledge. Action Plans are also completed (where appropriate) to continue the process back in the work environment.
